Kenworth T600, drop deck trailer and load

Recommended Posts

This build took most of last year and a month this year to complete. Two truck kits were used, the AMT Kenworth and the AMT Kenworth Canepa T600. Frame stretched, third axle added, 60inch sleeper fabricated from a 30 inch sleeper from a GMC General kit. The rear suspension was corrected, front suspension corrected and added wider front rims/tires. Grill was corrected and molded into hood as original. The trailer started a an AMT Lowboy kit. It has been stretched to 40ft, wooden deck and 10 hole wheels. Standing tank was fabricated completely from scratch. IMG_1731.jpeg.30dd8ff571e321415d0010e6d20ab821.jpegIMG_1742.jpeg.3a0278b9326fa5d2f93af2e41343ef29.jpegIMG_1741.jpeg.d7116cca92399d399327539f91639048.jpegIMG_1743.jpeg.b12f9fc34e090eaed556d603d3573625.jpegIMG_1735.jpeg.5edde599c61ef4b17d13ec1686e0e753.jpeg

Great job putting this truck together and the final result definitely shines here.  I can easily see so many hours are spent to maintain this quality.

And amazing collection you got going, keep it up! ?
