This model was a headache from start to finish . It's an AMT kit and it really needed quite a lot of work

inside the cabin as well as the engine.I portrayed the model as the mount of David and Rob Fenn .

I tried to be faithful as I could. Decals are home made ...Seat belts...spot lights and roll bar built  from scratch  Finished in Gravity paints and lacquer....

I started the pics with the real thing...hope You like it

Your persistence and dedication always pays off Louis. Superb model!

As an aside, have you ever posted a 'how to' on producing home made decals?

Download whatever emblems I want from the web make them smaller (trial and error) and when happy with the right size...print them on a blank decal sheet....when ink is absolutely dry I airbrush a coating of semi matt finish

Wow, very impressive. I built a few of these when they first came out but nothing in so much detail. Really cool build.

 

BTW: You need to update the thread title, it say 1967.
