Can-Con
Just a simple rebuild of the old annual with a bit of detail added. Flocking inside and photoetch emblems added along with a few bits under the hood and a set of re-chromed rally wheels from an old promo.

Claude Thibodeau
Hi Steve! Great job, who could tell this is a "rebuild"? The color is also era-correct, my dad had a Le Sabre of the same year in that exact shade. I built that kit when I was 12, and my young brother left his fingerprints in the fresh Humbrol paint job... Oh well. I still have the optionnal custom grille and the spaceship air cleaner in my stash. Thanks for the memories! CT

ncbuckeye67
Beautiful work! I really love the blue you used. A restoration is more satisfying than building a brand new kit, in my opinion.
rrb124@sbcglobal.net
Really good. Way to go. And-It's a GS! Was 16 when they were new cars. The optional wheel is perfect.
mustang1989
I love builds like this. Not only is this a well built and painted up Rivie but the rarity of this build makes it especially cool. I remember seeing these cars as a kid and thought they had an oddly attractive look. You've definitely got no kick coming with this one Steve. Job well done!!

happy grumpy
A beautiful restauration . I've always find the Riviera of this era quite interesting, design wise. It sure looks the part. Great job.
espo
Great looking paint work and color. The redline tires standout with the roadwheels. Like how you tinted the windshield.

Duddly01
Beautiful build! I am kind of curious now to know what you started out with.
dino246gt
Very nice! Love the emblems, so neatly foiled, or? It looks beautiful. Great save of an old annual kit. This is a '67, '66 was the final year for the Nail Head, which this car, correctly, does not have.

Needed 2 sets to do al the scripts on the '67.
