I found a color close to GMs fawn beige that I really wanted but it was 20 dollars a can so this is what I got.

It was missing the original wheels so I found some chrome rims in that bunch of 60s parts I picked up last year to go on it.

That’s a real modeling time piece you have there.

 I like the stock 327 V8 engine. I still scratch my head on why AMT put that engine in the ‘63 Chevy II hardtop and convertible kits. (?)

Very nice! I love a good restoration. To me, it's more satisfying making something rough look beautiful again, than building a brand new kit.
