bh1701 Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 Here is my latest completion - a 3-D printed N Scale (1/160) Jaguar XKE. This replicates a car owned by my brother Bob - who is also into RC airplanes and plastic model building. You'll see that he has his own Hobby Shop on my layout. Painting the details on a black vehicle was a little challenging. I usually use the shadows from the raised details to know where they are - but on a black car, the shadows are non-existent! I also included photos of the actual 1:1 scale car, and a shot with other 3-D printed cars on my layout. Thanks for looking! Bart 6
Roger U Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 That’s really nice at such a small scale. Are the other cars and trucks in the photos also 3 D printed?
PappyD340 Posted April 11, 2024 Posted April 11, 2024 Very nice, your eyes are a heck of a lot better than mine lol!!

XYHARRY Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Very nice E-type there Bart, your other cars in N scale look great too. Well done. Cheers, David. ??
TonyK Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Really enjoyed your pictures and modeling skills. Especially liked the Jag in its raw form before you painted it. Had no idea what you started with.
karbuildr Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 What a great diorama setup. I ,like the Jag too, that small scale takes some real talent to paint and detail. Well done.
Yeah Nah Posted April 12, 2024 Posted April 12, 2024 Wow! Well done. There's something appealing about the unpainted 'ghost' version too!
Jim B Posted April 13, 2024 Posted April 13, 2024 Great looking Jaguar, and in such a small scale, too. Very well done.
