Interesting and unusual creation.  I have been attending car shows in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for years and I never ran into this one.

This was at the BSAAC show in at the Endicott Estate in Dedham, MA.  They always have an interesting variety there.

Brain I'm am looking for information on this vehicle also, I believe my Dad bought the original truck in the early 1990s and restored it to what you have pictured. I have photos of the rebuild and of the original truck he purchased in I believe Minnesota/ mid west. I would like to find the current owner and send them the pictures if it is the same

I'm looking for information about this truck also, I believe my Dad owned it in the early 1990s he bought the original in the Midwest the name was" Sizer's  popcorn wagon"  when he bought it. 

I have photos of the rebuild I would like the current owner to have showing the history of the truck
