jasoncamaro Posted May 5, 2024 Posted May 5, 2024 I started this project using the Revell Stacey David 32 Rat Roadster as the base . I have 3D printed a supercharged 572
jasoncamaro Posted May 5, 2024 Author Posted May 5, 2024 I had to shift the front crossmember forward about 2mm to clear the bottom blower pulley and move the grill shell away from the engine . While I was at it I removed the kits engine mounts and modeled some new ones in solidworks and after printing them I attached them to the chassis
Chris B Posted May 5, 2024 Posted May 5, 2024 Nice start Jason Cant wait to see where this one goes. Its gona be a beast with that motor in there
Zippi Posted May 5, 2024 Posted May 5, 2024 You gotta nice run at the 32 Ford Roadster. That's a lot of pony's in the business end. I'm liking it.
Paul Payne Posted May 5, 2024 Posted May 5, 2024 What material is the engine and engine mounts printed with? I'm not sure there's enough power....................?
jasoncamaro Posted May 8, 2024 Author Posted May 8, 2024 Thanks for the comments! I have got some more work done on it
