bbowser Posted May 29, 2024 Posted May 29, 2024 (edited) Finished this one over the weekend. I had originally painted it yellow, which over the red plastic did not go well. Finally decided to strip and start over with Tamiya blue. Nice kit, everything went together well. My only complaint is the tires look too much like snow tires! Comments welcome, thanks for looking. karbuildr Posted May 29, 2024 Posted May 29, 2024 Vert nice Ferrari. Nice to see one in a different color. Your engine detailing is excellent.
mrm Posted May 29, 2024 Posted May 29, 2024 Such an iconic car. I have the same kit. Two ow them actually. Last time I was looking through it, I was thinking “This would look great in blue.” And it does.
happy grumpy Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Great job on the Ferrari. Looks nice in blue. Nice job on the engine.
Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Looks great. I agree it does have some flaws, but it also makes a great looking car.
ncbuckeye67 Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 That's probably my favorite Ferrari. I love your build it really looks good in blue!
Bainford Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 Nice looking Daytona. Looks good in blue. Well done. What kit is this?
XYHARRY Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Nice colour on this iconic sports car, well done Bruce. Cheers, David. ??
1959scudetto Posted June 2, 2024 Posted June 2, 2024 Very nice build of this iconic Ferrari, Bruce ! Good to see a non-red one. These crude tires are the typical Italeri Dunlop racing tires they have been using since the 80's for all of them classic Ferraris (and the Mercedes 300 SL, too)
