I've had this in my stash for awhile and finally decided to build it.  It's a kit I recommend not trying unless you are near pro level.  It's not that it's a hard build, but because there are a lot of pieces and the directions are not that great.  There were parts covering my entire kitchen table.  I was lucky that Revell of Germany has full color instruction sheets for their kits; so the coloring is correct.  However, you will be turning back and forth in the instruction sheet trying to figure out what to do as it has a couple versions to make and you have to skip ahead and back in building the kit.  It will also tell you to drill holes in certain places and it just gets crazy.  Spoiler alert Germans; not everyone has a small drill!  Why couldn't you, I don't know, just pre-drill the holes in the kit at the factory?  Yeah, I get that there's a LH and RH drive versions, but you could have at least done it for the roof and mirrors or something.  It's not a fun build, and I probably will never tackle this kit again.

Great looking paint finishes. The trim looks really cleanly done. Nice engine compartment details.

Looks really good.  Opened my kit read the instructions and was wondering whybthe roof was in so many pieces.  Then i closed it up and put it on the shelf

That looks great! Apparently, your skills are at a much higher level than you give yourself credit for.I was pretty excited to win one of these kits, in a raffle at a show last year. I kept eyeballing it at Hobby Lobby, as one of the few that's on the shelf that I don't already have.

Nice looking Rover. The final result was worth the effort.

I have this kit in the stash too. I've settled on adding aftermarket wheels and tires, seats, and roof rack. I just can't decide on a color.

Yours looks great.

Your Land Rover looks great! I'm a Land Rover fan. This was the first kit that I purchased a couple of years ago when I returned to the hobby. Got it home, opened the box and looked at the instructions and all of those parts. Like @TNT, put it on the shelf as a one of these days kits. I really like the color that you chose.
