nyguy Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 While doing research on the 300C , I saw the New Yorker and made the chrome trim above the original side trim. The colors are desert sand and canyon tan. 16
ncbuckeye67 Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 That is beautiful! I love the two-tone. Those 50's & 60's cars were works of art, with a lot of style & originality.
happy grumpy Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Great build. Those color are a period match. Great engine details.
espo Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Great looking paint and trim finishes. The colors offered on the Chrysler products at that time were really stylish for the time. Like the optional wire wheels.
Zippi Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Boy, those two colors really look nice together. Really nice build.
Yeah Nah Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Nice colour choice and application Thomas. Real eye catcher for sure!
XYHARRY Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 (edited) Really well done Thomas, I found a new Yorker 1:1 online and yours is a perfect match. Cheers, David. ?? Edited June 27, 2024 by XYHARRY Adding media
papajohn97 Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 Fantastic job Thomas! The New Yorker trim you added is really well done and really supports the two-tone scheme (perfect 50’s colors BTW). I wish Moebius would issue marquee variation kits such as a New Yorker and a De Soto Firedome. Nice to see this 300 kit in something other than black, white or red (original factory color choices).
TooOld Posted June 27, 2024 Posted June 27, 2024 Great colors ! Iike the extra trim on the New Yorker !
