Thx. I really like the result.

Yeah I was kinda surprised and happy with the result lol, it would work nicely for a "splatter paint" trunk floor also.

Where did the M/T valve covers come from ?

I think I got those from iceman collections..I've seen a few 3D resin companies make them, but these looked the most accurate to me.

Got the roll bar in place where I want it with the rear down bars, drilled through the convertible top deck lid for them to pass through and made sure the hard top will still fit.  It will be a challenge to attach the rear bars and paint them once the rest is in paint though as it'll have to go together in a certain sequence.

Got some paint on it last night, came out fairly smooth, got a couple small pieces of lint/dirt in the paint that ill have to knock down with some fine grit paper then shoot some clear on it.  Not bad though for a rattle can job.  Paint is GM mystic teal automotive touch up that I had mixed up in a spray can.

Paint is finished to my liking.  Had to strip and repaint and clear the hood after having some reaction with the metallic in the paint and clear coat.  Used rustoleum clear and lightly sanded and buffed a few spots.

Modified the kit headers a bit, shortened the primary tubes a little and chopped off the super trap mufflers, added flanges and collector extensions.  Plan on painting them white and dirtying them up a little to give it a used look. Then I can mount them to the engine and put in a wired distributor.

Shifter looks great!

That's one of the shifters from VCG..still blows me away with the amount of detail possible with 3D printing!
