Hey guys, taking a break. Should be back in January 2025. Site is still open to view, but orders cannot be placed. Orders placed before this pause in operation will be fulfilled shortly. Thank you... Robert Bentley

Ron Coon Resins prints some in 1/25 scale, not as realistic as ones made from metals.

I have been making my own usually from 1/16" aluminum tubing. I squash one end in a vise, drill a hole through the flat part and then shape a radius on it.

Here is another possibility you could experiment with. I use this method for making tailgate chains. Take an appropriate size soft wire (.020” perhaps?) and wrap it around a pin or piece of wire. Then twist the ends until tight. For a heim joint maybe wrap the wire twice around the pin? Then trim it and shove it inside a small aluminum tube. It might just work??

Looking in the jewelry findings there are parts that can make good looking heim joints

Also there are good looking 3D examples that can be printed in any size you want
