6bblbird Posted August 14, 2024 Posted August 14, 2024 This was the MPC Kenz and Leslie kit from I don't know when. I started building it MANY years ago and got frustrated with a few things. Mainly the body and parts fit. I tripped across it a while back and decided to finally finish it. I'm glad that I did. It came out ok . I didn't go all out with the detailing but enough to get her done to my current level of satisfaction (low!) I made the decals using a new Canon (cheapo) printer and some old decal paper. They came out really well. I used BMF on the aluminum floor. Looks ok Big pictures show that I forgot do install the valve cover breathers. I'll get to that immediately!? THE END! 12
iBorg Posted August 14, 2024 Posted August 14, 2024 Looks good. The decals look exceptional for being printed with a "el cheapo" printer. 1
M W Elky Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 I think it looks great I really like your krazy Kat decals and the fuel tanks came out really nice.
ybsluos Posted August 15, 2024 Posted August 15, 2024 Walter, you’re too humble. Your work which you refer to as ok looks great to me! Your paint scheme really makes the body lines pop and as you and Mike said the decals look fantastic. I can smell the nitro from here!- Mark
