Paint is Tamiya Silver Leaf that was then sprayed with SprayMax 2K clear coat. The decals were clear coated because those are over 45 years old and can disintegrate once placed in water unless you clear coat or use a decal bonder. By fabricating a few extra pieces you can make the engine bay more realistic. 6
