If you have one of these kits it has the wrong tin work in it ! just get a hold of Atlantis for the right one .

Atlantis has become quite proficient at replacing parts and in a timely manner to the satisfaction of it's customers. Hats of to the folks at the company.

Just put in for the new tin work with Atlantis ,got E Mail said on the parts are on the way to me .

I picked up my Atlantis Grand Am at the Toronto Torcan model contest, 3 weeks ago. Paid cash, no receipt.

Haven't yet started it, though I do wonder, there must be a way to rework things a bit to make it fit nicely. Can't imagine it being that much different than the Vega.

HPI Guy got his tin work in there, mentioned it doesn't quite reach the cowl, IIRC, and I did notice he did NOT show any photos of the body closed down.

Will report back once I get started on it!

The tin work is much more narrower then the Vega !

Thank for the heads up!  I have one kit and another on the way.  I just emailed Atlantis for the replacement parts.  Hope all goes well.

Those of you who have this kit, are the new Atlantis tires bigger than the originals from Revell? They always looked a little small to me.
