The theme of this one is a late 70s era bracket car. I tried to keep everything fairly era correct and only use parts that were available at the time.  The basic chassis and engine are out of the box but I modified a bunch of stuff also.  Cut the trans off and swapped to a th400 and moved the whole engine/trans further back.  I added resin parts throughout from VCG, Iceman and futur attraction as well as fuel lines from detail master and wired distributor from M.A.D.  Made the rollbar out of aluminum rod, narrowed the rear end and added a cross member and 2 upper control arms to make it a 4 link style suspension.  The paint is GM mystic teal automotive touch up that I had mixed up in a spray can and clear coated.  I threw in a picture of a 62 corvette I found on Facebook a while back which is sort of the "look" I was going for.  Anyways, enjoy!

Thanks man, how are you planning to build yours?

I love that! You pretty much nailed the time period, what did you use on the wheels? The finish is about perfect for the Cragar super tricks from my memory.

Thanks! I like the challenge of finding correct parts for the era.  The wheels I painted with VHT silver caliper paint, and detailed the bolts and lug nuts with a bronze/gold sharpie.

Pretty much like yours but haven't put a lot of thought to it yet.   At my age it's getting harder to do a lot.  I have 2 other builds to get to after I finally get my '66 Nova WIP done.

Thanks! Trying to improve my skills little by little, I felt this one came together as planned and turned out pretty well.
