1970 Car Shopping

Most iconic dealers by me are gone. The one I got my Mustang from has been around for a long time.

The long standing Babylon Ford that was established in 1953 was razed about 10 years ago. The lot is just weeds. My dad bought a few cars there. We would ride up there on our bikes and get new car brochures when they came out.

there was a dealership that was in the shrewsbury/red bank nj area that had its 60s original dealership signs up for the longest time. its been a long time since i have been over there, so i dont know if they still do.

i thought it was cool, seeing the old time dealership, but had new cars

I live down the street from Mission Ford... Back in it's day, it used to be Bob Ford which sponsored a lot of drag cars in the '60s....
