Hard_2_Handle_454 Posted December 2, 2024 Posted December 2, 2024 I got one of these kits a long time ago when it first came out, but screwed up on the rear end. I always thought I could have done better now that I know what I'm doing. So when I found this kit at a good price the other day; I decided to get a new one. The old car was black. So, I decided to do a darker green car. I already have a lot of red cars and I wanted a dark color to show off the stripes and emblems. So I mixed a lot of gloss black in with some standard Testor's green. I also went with a different look for the grill this time around. The result was everything I was hoping for. The car looks amazing! Street Rod Posted December 6, 2024 Posted December 6, 2024 Sweeeet! Very neatly done, the grille looks like a real car and the green is a different look. Keep up the great work!
Sledsel Posted December 6, 2024 Posted December 6, 2024 Nice job..... Now, you could always do a rebuild on the original. I tend to do that a lot.
