Pete68 Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 After just shy of 10 years this one is finally done. The kit started out as one of my last AMT 1/43 Peterbilts I’ve collected over the years and this little guy triggered me to go back and start collecting these 1/43 Peterbilts again.(24 and counting as to date) Thanks for all who followed and supported the build over the years. Some features are Don Mills Metal Front 5 hole Alcoa wheels reworked. Don Mills Mirrors and turn signals, Goochie Custom Made decals, Homemade Air Horns, 1/43 New Ray Rear Tandem wheels and tires. Enjoy the pics. 6
leafsprings Posted December 28, 2024 Posted December 28, 2024 Sharp looking rig, 5 hole Alcoa's with paint scheme and classic decals really set of the old school look. 1

I really enjoy building these and there my favorite of all the AMT kits.

Next will be the trailer.

cifenet Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Nicely done! Being 1/43 scale, it has all the details compared to its comparable 1/25th scale 359! I think it even has a better stance! Good job! 1

Yes it took a lot of work to get it to stance it has now just like it’s big brother in 1/25 scale takes a lot of work. Glad you dropped in.
