Been looking for a 1:24 or 1:25 scale kit of the classic yellow american school bus (like in the picture below). Considering it has become a symbol of American life like Mustangs, Corvettes or Peterbilts, I'm surprised I have found only some diecasts.

Interestingly, Zeropaints do have a color called "American school bus yellow" in their catalogue. Now only the bus is missing.

the monogram s'cool bus might give you most of a body but you might need a second body to unchop or unsection it. there are a few print files available if you have access to a 3d printer. the print files cover various years from the 50 chevy and ford trucks through to current international versions. the chassis are usually kinda toyish on the prints

There was a build thread on this forum some time ago where one of the members scratchbuilt a school bus in 1:25.  It was very well done.

i know that bus and i used to live about 10 mins walk along the road behind it, near that church. they have 2 more flat front versions
