HOLMES55 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 I enjoyed building this kit, Details are well done and the chassis and engine itself is impressive. I added spark plug wires and inner door panels and replaced the quick lift bumpers with tube bumpers. I modified the side pipes with end pipes I made and opened up the louvers on the front fenders and opened up the spokes on the rims. Paint is TS-39 Mica Red 10
Chuckyg1 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Man that color pops! Perfect for this car. Nice work on the details. The mods are perfect, nothing over the top. It looks brutal. We'll done.
ncbuckeye67 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 That's beautiful! I love the red & black color combination.
espo Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Great looking paint color and the bumper and exhaust changes look more road worthy. Like the engine and chassis detailing.
rrb124@sbcglobal.net Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Classic. Way to go. Like the bumpers you created. Thanks for posting.
Rattlecan Dan Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Very nice work. Clean, and showing off the extra care and detail. In a unique class unto themselves the Cobra the Hot Rod sportscar.
HOLMES55 Posted January 11 Author Posted January 11 I used gray primer, the paint is somewhat transparent and I tested it on black primer and the red was much darker
