Dutzie Posted January 29 Posted January 29 Absolutely beautiful! I actually thought this build was one of Tim’s when I first saw it. Excellent work. 1

You have given me inspiration for the next few projects I have planned. IH CO4070A (two of them). Mack Cruiseliner, and the KW W925(using the Alaskan Hauler kit I just got on Saturday). As much as the O/O units of the 1970's early 1980's (Pete 352, 359. KW W925, K123, and White Freightliner's) were extremely nice examples, I did appreciate the fleet units, somewhat more. BTW how difficult was it to put the Winslow stripes on the cab? Thanks Jerry!! The Winslow stripes were a bit of a challenge to get them to lay down without tearing them up. I always get two sets when it comes to stripes, just in case. On 1/27/2025 at 10:02 AM, slusher said: Beautiful Peterbilt! Thanks Carl!! On 1/27/2025 at 10:23 AM, trick my mixer said: Looks great. It is refreshing to see a single stack truck, although I am partial to twin stacks. Great job.!!! Thanks Lucas!! On 1/27/2025 at 7:58 PM, OldTrucker said: Beautiful build. Brings back fond memories of my early years driving. Where did you get the 5 hole wheels? Thanks Johnny!! The drive wheels are from the Paystar kit. I drilled out the centers and replaced them with resin hubs. I think that the hubs either came from KJ at Double Take or Jamie at moluminum. The wheels on the steer axle were an Ebay purchase. They appear to be copies of Ben Wicker's wheels or Jamie's wheels, but a much poorer quality.

baloney Posted February 9 Posted February 9 very nice i like it a lot. from the back i never saw a coe with only one window in the back. looks like a pirate! but love the idea of beeing different and exclusive. love the small detail on the 5th wheel the release handle you've made. + the mud flaps hangers nice touch also with the cat engine, instead of the usual detroit.

Thanks Gilles! There was a 352 on the internet for sale with one rear window like this one, that is where the idea came from.
BK9300 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I know very little about real trucks like this, but I sure can appreciate the care that went into your build of it - very nice, indeed!
