Nosferatu Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Has anyone ever dealt with ST Supply? Are they reputable? I see they have a nice assortment of truck tires and wheels. https://stsupplyco.com/ Thanks, Dave
1st 700 Quad Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I've bought from them a couple times, purchase went thru fine and I got my items in a timely manner. Steve
Michael F Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Great to deal with. Even for us here in Germany 👍 He took over the products of scenes unlimited, i bought some nice truck wheels from both.
mikemodeler Posted January 27 Posted January 27 I ordered some wheels/tires and mirror sets from him around Christmas. My order showed up and most of it was fine, the exception being that the tires that came with the dual wheel set were badly molded and unusable. I emailed pictures to Paul (owner of STS) and am waiting to hear what he is doing to resolve the matter. It is the only issue I have had with any of my orders and I feel like he will make it right.
Scott Eriksen Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Paul's a good guy, never had a problem ..I've bought lots of stuff from him

mikemodeler Posted January 28 Posted January 28 Just an update, today I received replacement tires from Paul, outstanding service and nice to know he made it right. Buy with confidence. 1
OldSkool81 Posted February 1 Posted February 1 I've dealt two times with them; first time was for an Auslowe Mack E9 engine and photoetch Mack emblems, and was very happy. The second time was late december 2024 for a Transtar photoetch kit, two kenworth K100 square headlight conversion sets and two dual square headlights and photoetch trim sets. I got my order january 14th and noticed right away that one of the K100 square headlight conversion kits was missing, so I messaged them right away. I got an unsigned email the same day with only one sentence: "We will send another"... Well it's been two weeks, and I still haven't got anything, not even a tracking number, and since that message, they won't even respond to my messages asking them for an update. I'm less than impressed this time, which sucks because they have amazing products, but communication and customer service is the backbone of any small business IMHO.
Michael F Posted February 2 Posted February 2 Be patient, i bet you´ll be satisfied. It took it´s time, but i was 😃

But again, there was no communication, and even though there was a tracking number on the label, I never was sent a shipping notification with the tracking number. They are trustworthy and of their word, but more communication would go a long way. Otherwise yes, I'm happy and I would recommend them. 1
mikemodeler Posted March 7 Posted March 7 Got an email that Paul was running a sale on some CTM products so I placed an order last Saturday, it arrived today well packaged and exactly as I ordered it.
vincen47 Posted March 8 Posted March 8 (edited) I’ve had good and honest service. My most recent purchase was a set of IFTA/Clean Idle decals. Website had me pay $11.75 for shipping, which I didn’t like, but I figured that’s the rate from Canada, even for a small letter-size envelope. But, Paul sent me a refund the next day for $9 for overpaying shipping. Nice. Ordered on 2/22, received on 3/3. 9 days ain’t bad at all, and the decals look great. Edited March 8 by vincen47
Rbray47 Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I've ordered from ST Supply a few times. A few of the rubber tires had issues, but I used them on the tandems, so not really a complaint since they're hard to see. Also, whatever those tires are made from is some unstable stuff. Don't seal them up in a display case, they let off some gas and make everything feel tacky. Besides a couple of misshapen tires, everything has been top quality and packed well. 1
Gary Chastain Posted March 22 Posted March 22 I buy from Paul all the time, great guy/business to buy from. Little curious what the tariff impacts will be. 1
mikemodeler Posted Friday at 08:51 PM Posted Friday at 08:51 PM I just checked his website and the old Scenes Unlimited tires seemed to be out of stock. There were some sets for big rigs but anything for pickups/suvs looked to be sold out. I noticed this has been an issue for a while now, not sure if he is so busy he can't keep up or is focused only on big rig stuff.
