Zippi Posted February 13 Posted February 13 That is one nice build going on there James. Nice work man.
NOBLNG Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Great work so far! The back end looks like a well used rig.
bobss396 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Accurate. Every tow truck I drove was grimy like that. What did you use for winch cable? I used black .5 mm shop rigging cord on my last one, but leaning towards braided line on the next one.

espo Posted February 13 Posted February 13 The well used bed and boom look great, and the cab finish looks fine as is to my eye anyway.

wrenchr Posted March 6 Posted March 6 I can smell the grease and old truck and gas, you smelled like gasoline when getting out of those old trucks. Looking very good! 1
carrucha Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Looks good so far. Very impressive weathering. I look forward to seeing the build finished.

Looking very good! And if you had on clean faded jeans.. they were not clean for very long. Most trucks I drove smelled of gas, burned oil and stake beer... of course cigarettes if someone smoked. Sometimes we got lucky and found a fresh-ish Xmas tree freshener in a junk car. Not like it helped a ton...
