Mopar2 Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Very cool, sharp build...The red and white interior go perfect together.
happy grumpy Posted February 24 Posted February 24 Awesome build, that red is stunning and the engine details are super nice. I like the way you detailed the underside.

stevehansen Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Excellent Build!!!! Now I'm inspired to get this kit since I had one back in 1976 1
ybsluos Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Wow Tom, stunning work on the master and the build! You are a force to be reckoned with. -Mark
Ken Car-Fanatic Posted February 26 Posted February 26 (edited) That looks amazing!! Great work. I never thought of a Montego as a car that I desired to build a model of, but you have changed my mind, I really like that one! Very nice. Edited February 26 by Ken Car-Fanatic Miss-spelling
satterwhite78 Posted February 27 Posted February 27 THUD! ( jaw hitting floor). Definitely have to , no! going to get me one!
Jay Whittaker Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I'm loving everything about this! You did a knock-out job of mastering the body, and the chassis/engine compartment weathering is the icing on the cake. Fully appreciating the realism on the washer fluid/radiator puke tank as well. A home-run build!
rickcaps55 Posted March 5 Posted March 5 I got one of these kits from Kevin at Missing link it is a awesome awesome kit it has been one of my favorite cars of the 70's I had at the time a 74 Cougar XR-7 it was great I know you said this is your last due to 3D printing but i have to say I have had a couple of 3D kits and they are nice but will never beat the time love and car that goes into a kit like this 3D parts and motors are fine the detail is awesome but the complete car kits I would like them this way it may take longer but in the end you have a work of art. 1
Repstock Posted March 6 Author Posted March 6 Thank you everyone for your kind words. I really appreciate it!
W-409 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 This turned out very nice like your builds always do. Excellent work with creating the master for a beautiful car that probably would never have been kitted otherwise, and also excellent job building it. I agree with what a couple of guys have said here, in my opinion a good resin kit is way better than anything that I've seen coming out of a 3D printer. But, I also realize that the quality of 3D printing will probably improve over time. But for now, I much rather spend a little more money on a good resin kit than buy a 3D printed product.
