Nice modifications from the kit car.  As a kid this was the kit that seemed to get it right with the details, I loved it, and at the time it was the state of the art in dragster technology. It's still a nice kit with a lot of potential to build a FED, I doubt if we will see a new kit of a correct '64-65 FED, though 3D printing is a possibility.  Congratulations on a nice build.

Thanks! I am finding some great unbuilt older FED on the Internet. Am currently working on a 1/16 Tony Nancy digger that I found on eBay.

Looks good man!

People don't get that Garlits business in this time was chassis building. There were LOTS of cars that used this same chassis and body.
