This scene depicts what happens when you park a nice car in the wrong neighborhood. The Diorama city block is by Scale Models by Chris along with the traffic light and newspaper machine. The Caddy is from Revell. I built this car with all intentions on this diorama so I left off the wheels, trunk, and doors. The radio and in dash entertainment system has been removed and all the wiring exposed. The seats where also stolen you can see the plugs on the floor for the electric seats. Airbags are a hot commodities so that was stolen also. You can see the rear drivers side window has been smashed out glass is everywhere, All the speakers, amps and TV's where stolen you can see all the wiring hanging out everywhere. The police officer is on the scene taking the report while a bum and his friend watch nearby.

GREAT Dio, MTM, Looks REALLY cool! The only thing I can see,is the fact that ya left the front seat runners in place. Those go with the seats! They bolt in with 4 bolts each, and the floorpan has the nutserts welded into it. Other than that small detail, I think it looks great! :(:D Oh, and I can see your new, so I'll just tell ya, your supposed to put your name, first preferably,in your sig,it's the rules,an it also makes for a freindlier intro, Welcome to the BEST forum in all of webdom!!!!

Harry, when my 95 Impala SS was stolen(my second one) The insurance agent called me to the yard to ID it, I wish he hadn't,as it was COMPLETELY stripped the ONLY thing left on it was the glass.EVERYTHING that was bolted on was just unbolted and taken.EVERYTHING! It looked like a body in white, only it was black. They left NOTHING but a bare cab! They even took ALL the wireing out! Sound deadener, the works! I wish I had never seen it. I still have nightmares about it. My present Impala(my 3rd one) has got more security stuff on it then you'd ever imagine! It can't even be TOWED away! If they get this one, they get a few 9MM " Blue Glazer" rounds along with it!!!! ;)

Oh man... classic! One of the best dioramas I've seen in a while! Reminds me of the time a new Deville had it's tires stolen in broad daylight at the dealer across the (busy) street from where I work! A brand new Caddy on blocks is an odd sight indeed.

If I'd been the thief- I think I'd have taken those rotors and calipers, as well!!!!

One question... I may be late model Caddy-illiterate, but isn't the car in the dio an STS? I can't tell 'em apart anyway!

Yeah Chuck, it's a STS(Seville Touring Sedan). They don't make a Deville or CTS in scale, and from what I hear, they soon won't be making the STS for too much longer in ANY scale! :D
