voljeepx Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 This kit is the Ryuichi Miki Silvia drift car made by Aoshima. Never seen a drift race, never seen a drift car in person. Went to the LHS one day, saw it, and decided to give it a go! Aoshima basically takes a stock Silvia and throws ground effects, wheels, and a wing on it and calls it a racer. I added a very basic rollcage and lowered it to give it a more aggressive stance. Seatbelts were also added. Paint is Tamiya gold with Future wax for clear. Carbon fiber provided by SMS. I really enjoyed the challenges of this car, if you want to do a little work to make a big difference, these kits are for you! C&C always welcome and thanks for looking!
Albert Moore Posted August 29, 2009 Posted August 29, 2009 Sharp looking car! Nice and busy graphics wise. Cheers, Alby
