ismaelg Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Hello, I'm feeling lazy so I'm not translating the progress thread I did locally. Let's just say, this was quite a challenge. I think this rare motorized Fujimi kit was never really intended to be a serious model. No location pins on most parts, heavy moldings in some parts and I think this is not styrene. Maybe acetate? Anyways, it was quite a challenge and I'm glad it is finished. Many times I thought of giving up on it, but my "overcomplicaditis" is strong. Nothing spectacular. Just very basic with tons of details added. and the finished product.... What do you think? Thanks,
Foxer Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Simply gorgeous! What are those interesting wheels?
Nick F40 Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 oooooooooooooooooooooo yeah baby!! I think those wheels are either Work or Impul
Brendan Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Another foreign car. I think we're going to have to change your nickname. Excellent job on the BMW.
Tony T Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 Nicely done. I've got this kit, too, and I know what you mean about the kit. I messed up the paint, and stripped it a couple of years ago, but haven't re-painted it yet. I like the wheels and the details you added.
eburg_Dub Posted November 7, 2009 Posted November 7, 2009 nice job on a junk kit , fujimi really messed this one up the roof is way to low and the grill is a joke but u did an awesome job on it
Janne Herajärvi Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 I am not BMW fan, but this is really nice model
