Rick R Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 How cool is that? Great job, finely detailed, nice blend of source items.
Greg Cullinan Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Crazy as a fox, this came out tremendously well.
jphillips1970 Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 All I can say is OUTSTANDING - pure and simple - OUTSTANDING build
stevehansen Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Great work on the details. I like unusual cars.
cruz Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Pictures don't do it justice, I saw it in person and it looks great!!! Again, nice to have met you my friend, hope to see you again next year!!!
Harry P. Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Without doing a google image search I have no idea how accurate this model is, but it sure looks cool! Nice work, I love seeing models of cars you don't see every day...
MrObsessive Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Now that is some REAL skill! To take a mixture of resin and plastic like that, get it all together with no drama is true craftsmanship! Excellent job my friend, especially on something as rare as that car!
elan Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 (edited) Now there is something you don't see every day. Love the color combo. I always admire modelers with more imagination than me. Which is just about everybody. Edited April 26, 2010 by elan
Chuck Most Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 One of my favorite designs from Ma Mopar, and the fact it's a wagon makes it sweeter! Great color combination and a clean build. Awesome!
Harold Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 Absolutely, totataly stunning . First- rate conversion work, and an offbeat subject to boot.
Billy Kingsley Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 It looked even better in person! Seeing even a small part of what went into it though, makes it even more amazing!
Sixties Sam Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 Great build! Reminds me of the '57 Dodge wagon my parents owned when I was a kid. Good color choice! Sam
charlie8575 Posted April 27, 2010 Posted April 27, 2010 Now I really wish I was able to get to New Jersey! Wow! Every once in a while, around here, you'll see a 1959 Sierra in two-tone light gray and pink. Man is that thing hard to miss! And it's absolutely beautiful, too. Charlie Larkin

Nice work, I love seeing models of cars you don't see every day... I'd say it's probably pretty good, Harry. From 1957 forward, all Chrysler's C-body wagons shared roofs, floors, cargo compartment components, and from 1957-59, frames. That's why for most of the next twenty or so years, they were all 122-inch wheelbase cars, from Plymouth to Chrysler. Charlie Larkin
