mr moto Posted November 22, 2010 Posted November 22, 2010 (edited) Don't like the brush that came attached to the top of your bottle of Ambroid or whatever? You know, the one you could paint your house with. Here's a solution. One picture pretty much says it all. I just pulled out the old brush, cut a microbrush to length and epoxied it into the cap. Done! Edited November 22, 2010 by mr moto
Lyonsperf Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 Thats great as long as the plastic stem doesn't dissolve. I recently got some Plastruct in the orange label bottle. Smells bad but works killer!
LoneWolf15 Posted November 23, 2010 Posted November 23, 2010 Why not dip the Microbrush directly in the bottle ? Much easier to handle that way rather than the rounded top . You'd also have much more control over where the glue was being applied in tight quarters . Just a suggestion Donn Yost
MikeMc Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 I like using a Tamiya spray cap to hold micro brushes and makes tenax almost spillproof.....you still have to cap it though..
