Fisher61 Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 I finished up the Mercury today, Duplicolor paint, foiled, Torque Thrust wheels from the AMT '62 Impala convertible kit. No major fit issues, just a slow and careful build. Thanks for looking! Questions and comments welcome!
Fisher61 Posted November 29, 2010 Author Posted November 29, 2010 Under hood shots that I forgot about. Thanks again!
my name is nobody Posted November 29, 2010 Posted November 29, 2010 That is a very nice, contrasting, color scheme on this Mercury. the underhood detail is really sweet as well. A top-shelf build on a not commonly seen Automobile. I really like this Cyclone!
Chuck Most Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Beautiful build! Kudos on the chrome A-pillars- most guys get that detail wrong.
dougp Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Sweeeet, looks just like one at the Goodguys show in August. Nice work...
BigEdsGarage Posted December 2, 2010 Posted December 2, 2010 Great looking build and a nice color combo for that car. Really sharp looking, nice job!
Airfilter Posted December 3, 2010 Posted December 3, 2010 Excellent Job! I like it the under hood details. Pali
Fisher61 Posted December 4, 2010 Author Posted December 4, 2010 Thank you all for the comments! Here's a couple pics of the same Cyclone with wheel covers.
