spad007 Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 I kind of Remember havin a 60 falcon model when i was a kid?? i can't remember if it was a promo or a kit. i would love to see if one might make a ranchero from it . or was it a ranchero kit already. i can't remember CRS did it come with extras? if it was a kit i see that some one is releasing a 64 falcon. they are going to make the coupe then a convertible and maybe a ranchero. any way my mind is not what it once was. please take it easy on me if this is a really dumb question.

AMT's '61 Ford Ranchero kit was re-issued a few years ago:
george 53 Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Missing Link sells a 61 Falcon coupe. It's beautifully cast and comes with everything but an engine and tires. It's looks JUST like plastic. Check out Missing Links website on FaceBook.
Carmikeman Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 1960 Falcon Ranchero is what i learned to drive in when i was 12. had a 144 6 cyl. in and would hit 55mph about 55 mile away from where u started. good little hunting and fishing truck.

AMT did the 1960 Falcon as a 2dr sedan, in both promotional model and 3in1 kit form. The model kit was curbside, same as the promo, but with plastic pan-style chassis. AMT also did the same format kits for the 1960 Chrysler Valiant (Valiant didn't become a Plymouth for another year or so) and the 1960 Corvair, both as 4dr sedans. Art
