Biffo Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I think i might have to much on the go ! would be nice to finish something !!!
High octane Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Nice projects you've got going there, but you have room for a couple more yet.
Dr. Cranky Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 LOL! That's how many of us started and grew!
brett Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 The bigger the bench the more you end up covering it up with. At least you have some cool projects on it
brad4321 Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I wouldn't know what to do with a finished model. I always have about a half dozen in various stages of production. I could spend the next 2 years just finishing projects I've started and never completed. And what's stupid is, a model can be going fantastically and I'll still walk away from it for a while.
'08SEAL Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I never start another project till I finish the one I'm working on...
3men2s Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 is that a wizzard of oz dvd?...to che!!! Kidding, like how Iaconio's camaro came out I have Shepperd's pro stock waiting for me to build it, post yours to get me going.
scalenut Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 looks pretty tame to me except i would get that expensive fineline and tamiya tape out of harm and dirt and into a baggie to preserve the edge.
LoneWolf15 Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 A clean workbench is the sign of a sick mind !
randx0 Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 Looks to me that you are doing it right. except it seems you may be on the verge of completing something, which we all know is not what modeling is about.you are supposed to start a project, make a huge mess, start another project ,make a huger mess ,decide you need to clean up the previous messes, get motivated by the clean workbench and start yet another project, make a huge mess , be reminded by the mess of prior projects, drag those out become disgusted at the incredible mess and lose motivation then clean up the bench and repeat. at least that's how I roll.

Modelmartin Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 My mother always told me that a sloppy workshop put out sloppy work and I have always believed that. It is a struggle but I always try to keep some order on the workbench. It ocassionally gets a little untidy but I can whip it back into shape in about 5 minutes because I do have a place for everything. It just has to all go back there!
weasel Posted December 4, 2011 Posted December 4, 2011 (edited) Andy, you probably read the kit directions to!! lol sorry, when somethin melts my butter, i start it!! i can always FINISH the others later....'cept later somehow never comes... lol Edited December 4, 2011 by weasel
