This is my current project and the most detail i have ever attempted! I am using a few techniques i had found here, so far i made gas tanks straps, fuel lines and am working on the brake lines and rubber brake hoses at the wheels.

My detailing has a lot to be desired but i am learning as i go and am having fun doing it!

The only issue i am having is the body i cannot get the paint to come out right so far it has been problem after problem!

I don't have and airbrush just use spray cans which usually comes out nice but for some reason not this time!

So it will be going into the purple pond then one more round of paint and possible color change.

Yep i primed before paint, the biggest problem is that it seems to have alot of static in it, it attracts dust like a magnet!

I cleaned it down really good, clean the area where i paint and as soon as i start spraying i can see bits of dust in the paint!

I used Krylon a light shade of green, maybe that's why it's so noticeable?

I have it in the purple pond now, hopefully with the paint being so fresh it won't take long to come back off.

Another day or so soaking and all the paint should be off the body,hopefully the next paint job will be better!

I have the brake line ran back to the rear which is almost ready to go in, then it's on to the interior which i have no idea how to detail!
