The VW Beetle camper was actually a kit car. You can still get the plans for it!

In a rare turn of skepticism for me, I'd guess that a replica of this would not do well in a show because it would be considered unrealistic or too contrived.

Man, I thought I'd seen it all until this............. 3/4 of an Aussie Falcon & an old Millard van thrown onto a truck chassis (F350?... Chevy?). That is just plain butt ugly...
