I live in San Antonio 4 days a week and the only club I know of in San Antonio is the "Alamo Squadron" alamosquadron.com/

I know this thread is YEARS old, but I recently moved to TX and work in the SA area.  I am looking for people into model car building and would love to attend some shows (if there are any.)  Let me know if there are any clubs or shows you've discovered around here.

As a previous poster mentioned, Alamo Squadron is the only club I know of in your area. They are a general modeling club and a great bunch of guys. They put on a big model show every February.

The next model show near San Antonio will be the Capitol Classic in Austin on the 24th of this month.

Thanks for looking out Mike.  I will need to look into this.  It's cool building and posting here and on youtube, but it's nice to see the real deal in person.

I used to belong to a club here in San Antonio years ago. I think it was called South Texas Auto Modelers? Not sure if they're still around or not?

Sadly, there is no organized group of automotive modelers here in San Antonio.  The next show for us is the February yearly Modelfiesta.  There have been a few attempts at getting a group together but to no avail.
