smokey and the bandit three pete

wondering if anybody knew what colors were used on the peterbilt in smokey and the bandit three snowmans truck.

The truck was a Kenworth. I'm pretty sure that the colors on both the car and truck was black and gold.

I just noticed the "three" in the sentence. Clumsy me. I have no idea what the colors are. I never bothered to see that one.

ya I know what the color of the kenworth was i did a 1/16 scale just like his.

I didn't even remember that there WAS a truck in the third movie... It was black with a double stripe of silver over argent silver with red pinstripe between the colors. A basic silver metallic and an argent silver metallic should give you the two-tone stripe you need.

It was a 1982 Peterbilt 359.

Part 3!!!???they lost me after parts 2. Part 2 killed the whole move idea. it was real stupid.

if part 2 killed it than you'd be murdered again after seeing three, don't waste your time. the truck was only in the movie for 1 or 2 scenes....the rest of the time he ( snowman ) used the car, I don't recall Bandit even being in number three.

I'm pretty sure Burt Reynolds refused to be part of Part 3.

part 3 was a total letdown.......didnt enjoy it at all myself just wasnt the same without Burt in it, plus the premise overall was boring

Part 3 should have never been made. It was the dumbest movie in history. The Bandit was in it though. At the very end for maybe 2 or 3 minutes. Part 2 was stupid also but it was still ok to watch. They really should have made the first one and stopped there. But they did all have cool cars and trucks in them.

Ths only redeeming qualities of the third movie were a select few scenes at the campground ... Still not near enough to redeem an entire movie. I only own it because It was a package deal... I had to get all three to get the first one...

Part 3 was a poor movie but it did have a few moments. I probably have a fondness for it only because I lived in Marion county Florida at the time where a lot of the film was made due to the fact Burt Reynolds had his thourobred horse farm there. Anyway that Pete would be a good project.

Actually, it doesn't llke like that 359 would be to hard to make out of either the Revell of Germany kit or the Revell USA kit. I think Jerry might even have the decals, too.

Part 3 was the worst ever of the Smokey and the Bandits! Cool Peterbilt, that's it. The Trans Am wasn't as cool and the actors really weren't great. It seemed as if the movie was a fast pace movie to just make a movie. At least Jerry Reed and Jackie Gleason were in it!

Smokey & the Bandit 1 had a Kenworth W900 with a Hobbs trailer and it was black with gold striping, smokey & the Bandit 2 had GMC General in it and that was a silver type of colour with blue stripe work, Smokey & the Bandit 3 had no truck at all and was the crappiest movie made. As far as I know and I have both the first two movies the Snowman never drove a Peterbilt in either so please don't build one as the Bandit rig coz U'll get it wrong and many people out there will tell U so.

Actually there was a truck briefly in part 3. A black Pete 359 with silver and red stripes. And yes Snowman was shown driving it. It was certainly a movie only a mother could love.

So! Anybody going to reproduce this one? Hahaha, should be pretty straightforward with a Revell of Germany 353, it's got all the parts to make a decent 359 pretty similar to the one in the pictures.
