Ramfins59
Nice work on this AMT kit. If you liked this kit, you should try the Revell '58 Impala kit.... all the chrome trim is separate pieces, except for the window trim & wipers, and no opening doors, but... the trunk opens. horsepower
Real nice work. I love the 409. Since I don't see the dipstick, (they are on different sides on the 348 & 409) & the castings on the block aren't that detailed (the 409's have an X cast in the block under the drivers side head on the front of the block) I really can't tell if it's the 409, or a nice 348, so I think I'll go with the kit's 348. Steven2
Beautiful work on the Impala. I've built the AMT and the Revell and they're both decent kits.

Miatatom
Stunning! Love the color. Either the BMF work is perfect or you have the steadiest hand anywhere.
modelcarcrazy
Hey guys, thanks for being so kind with your compliments. The paint I used was Dupli-Color GM Pewter Met. with a bunch of clear and I polished it out with the millennium 2000 polishing system.
