Short Track 50's Modified.

This is a newly started project ... It's a modified race car ... Started out with a scrap body I got in a bunch of kits I got from a member over on Fred's forum ... Cut the bottom off of it ... Removed the door pillars and opened up the side and rear windows ... Jim at Micro Nitro is machining some great "WIDE 5's" for me as we speek ... Can't wait to get those ... Hope to get a lot done on this over the weekend ... Thinking of this being my first real contest model entry ...

Jim at Micro Nitro took the project as a one off request from me ... I have no idea if he plans to add them to his inventory or not ... Sorry.

It would be great if he did though ... I'm sure they would sell.

Looks as if it'll ride a bit rough- not much suspension there.

A little bit of a different model; things like this don't seem to get built too much.
