What movie or TV series has a great Diorama scene

Hi.........What movie or TV series has a great Diorama scene . I mostly like disaster movies for there special effects with dioramas, like earthquakes and storms . Now special effects and dioramas are worked together with computers. But how about movies and TV series 10 or 20 years ago, they were masters of diorama special effects. Maybe unreal to believe because of there not too modern cameras , but they left the good ideas for us..........Have fun ..Barbo.

Hi....I am a big Fan of Godzilla , I have old movies . I saw a 5 feet Remote Control model last year at Comic Con , San Diego California . But the Price was $599.99.........Barbo.
