Joker Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 That's Killer... Our neighborhood Ollie's(discount store) carry that kit every now and then.
Ace-Garageguy Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Too cool. It looks like a whole lot of fun just sitting there. Must have been a gas to build.
Austin T Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Cool, just the perfect combination of engine detail, but then the great Cartoon character makes it perfect.
slusher Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Just for fun thats what its about.. very cool Mickael...
TooOld Posted October 7, 2012 Author Posted October 7, 2012 Thanks guys ! This thing is small , only 4 1/2 inches long . The body , frame , and grille are from the kit , everything else is from my parts box . It's chopped and channeled and primered . The plumbing and wiring is all different sizes of solder painted with acrylics . I scratch built the headers and they don't fit the engine very good but who cares ! About a week of just trying different stuff and not really worrying about it being correct , it reminded me that this is a hobby and it is suppossed to be fun ! BOB .
Badluck 13 Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Made me chuckle when I seen the windshield....I love it,thanks for sharing
Grumpa Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 This is great Bob! What a neat idea, gave me a good laugh! Reminded me a bit of the old "T-shirt" graphics from the '60's!
