the engine with chrome parts, before i do the finer detailing. the oil filter i am painting the same colour as the interior trim

The colour is Tamiya Mica red, with 2 layers of Tamiya clear red

The 1st stage of the interior is done. now that the main colour is sprayed, i can add the carpet, and paint the seats, etc. the carpet colour is a bit more yellow in real life than the pic.

yes, tamiya spray cans mica red (TS-39) and clear red (TS-74). over a black undercoat (games workshop)

the colour is a games workshop paint - Zandri Dust. (most of my hobby background is in toy soldiers, mostly gw stuff, seeing how i worked for the company for a while. lol)

I love the interior on this kit. I just can't believe they did not include any hardware for the doors, like window cranks or door handles.
