Ace-Garageguy
Got in a box of beautiful stuff from Model Builder's Warehouse, including one each of the 3D printed transaxles Randy announced recently. After I load the photos in the computer, I may post some here.

Ray, I saw your thread showing the car partially built. I can not find a thread of it completely build. I assume you you finished it. And it turned out great. Just came from HL and grabbed a '67 GTO kit and some paint. Another package expected today. Man! My credit card is taking a beating this month. Next week, I can focus on painting as that humidity has backed off a bit. I like the Van. Does this kit also have a stock grill?

CabDriver
Took advantage of Hobby Lobby clearing some of their kits out - there was a bunch of others but these were the three that grabbed me… The ‘40 is molded in bright yellow, and the Vette in bright orange, both of which surprised me a little

Those are some great prices , unfortunately the HL near me really blows and never discounts any models .

And from Scale Model Supplies (a local hobby store, referred affectionately to as “the Dungeon”), Airfix’s 1/32 scale Ford 3 Litre GT. The MG is cool! I have had good results with the older Humbrol enamel paints. I bought a bunch during a close out maybe 30 years ago and most are still quite usable. I’ve bought some more recently but have not worked with them much, but they seem ok. I did try mixing some with some Model Masters paint and airbrushed the mix. The result was less than desirable but I think that had more to do with my inexperience with the airbrush. It didn’t look any worse then the previous failed attempts. I will have to give it another shot now that I’ve prepped the body for the 4th time? Edited September 12, 2022 by #1 model citizen

I usually find them at ollie's, but i haven't seen a kit at ollie's in almost a year. Didn't revell germany re release those fast & furious kits? Wheels are AMT 68 Mustang, MPC Pontiac, what I think are Ford Hubcaps and three sets of Ansen 5 slot wheels, as well as 32 Ford firewalls, 60's skirts, a two pack of scoops and a pair af aluminum side pipes. Oh, and a 50's bumper and 72 Chevy bed. Not bad for $60! Came home to a package from Jphillips that included a rebuilder 65 Caddy! Great day! Dpate
Got these since i work for pepsi, besides loving bikes too. The surgical blades #11 are a first for me and WOW what a difference over x-acto blades. Thinner blades and closer cleaner cut, and they'll be used exclusively for BMF maybe decals too? But that's what decal scissors are for.

Yeah i just got to get a pair of cutters so i can cut half the end off to fit in my tamiya x-acto handle. The surgical blade handle isn't bad - i just prefer the feel of the tamiya handle. It just had that perfect balance to me. Edited September 14, 2022 by Dpate

It’s great to see something besides Coca Cola on an AMT kit! Do I have to work for Pepsi to get one? (I did work for Pepsi loading trucks one summer in the ‘70’s. Does that count?) I’ll have to check out the surgical blades too!
