The wife was pissed i spent 50 for than she OK'ed but she was excited i won on 2 of the 3 i entered. She pushed me to enter the show, i wasnt going to until last night.

Couple of things off eBay to add to my Lexus collection.

First one I've seen of this since the one popped up here a few days ago - which is the first one I had seen in months. Easy to find the VIP car, but the stock one, not so much.

I'm glad you finally found it! Too bad about the other Lexus, but great of the seller to take care of you! I've had a rash of poorly packed cars with bent or broken A pillars

It's almost the same as that Dodge Omni except for the shelby specific parts. It's a decent kit with a good parts count. Mine was sealed and the decals are almost perfect, but a tire melted into the windshield. Overall it's a cool kit, but not that much of a cool car performance wise. Front wheel drive four banger, Need to find a way to put a 350 in it...

I beg to differ.

Those little Shelby Chargers were very quick. The turbo 4 in those things would keep up with a Mustang GT, Z/28-IROC-Z or any V8 Firebird. Althoguh they might not have been as fast offline, once rolling, they're pretty scoot.

Too bad about the tire in the windshelid. That's gonna hurt. You might be able to fill the offending marks, sand smooth, polish and vacuum-form a new one.

Still LOL'ing at the Firebird kit.

I don't know as if I'll ever build the kit but for the price I couldn't pass it up. Looks like I've caught "Travolta Fever"

Man I want that bike! :D

Austin was nice enough to give it to me after telling him i had been wanting to try my hand at building one. Great guy!

It was a good price and it will always be a conversation starter. Still a cool kit.

Indeed! I had the non Shelby version with the quad headlight set up. Could eat Cavaliers and Escorts and most other non turbo fours all day.
