I remember seeing a '69 Firebird in that exact same color in my neighborhood growing up. You really captured the look of it really well. Love the paint, the wheels look fantastic and the engine compartment is awesome! Great job Mr. Bregi!

WOW, that is super clean and captures the essence of the Firebirds of yore. Verdoro green fits that car perfectly. I love it!

Beautiful job on that.

That's my first 1:1 when I was 18 right down to the color.

The only difference is that the guy that I bought it from had dropped a 283 in it,which worked really well with the 2-speed auto tranny that was in it.

Very nice model, well executed build and attention to detail! Captures the feeling of 1968 all over again, when it seemed like all Pontiacs were green!

Thanks for sharing!

Stunning, simply stunning. I love the color choice/paint finish, and all the added details push it over the top IMO; I really like the sharp paint work on the wheels too.

Beautiful build...a real testimony to your building skills and the advantages of using "MCW's factory paint! I was 12 when these cars were new (I was into Chrysler Corp. though, even then) and I do remember that it seemed many 67-70 Pontiacs of all series seemed to be painted this color. According to my publications, this color was exclusive to the Pontiac Division, and not available on the other GM divisions. Exceptional detailing! Fury3

Scott, just incredible work. This looks too good, if that's at all possible. The paint is perfect, the stance is dead on, and the BMF is way better than any I've ever done. I have two questions though, where did you get the "foam" around the air cleaner, and where did you get the "clips" holding the negative battery cable down?

The foam around the air cleaner is a black rubber band cut to length and super glued in place. The clamps are Detail master brake and fuel line hold down clamps.
