sarkasim99 Posted March 24, 2013 Author Share Posted March 24, 2013 Thanks Mike, I found a powdered weathering kit at my local hobby shop, assuming it's some sort of chalk with a binder to adhere to the matte surfaces, and I think its designed for model trains.
