Shelby 427 1965 Posted April 4, 2013 Author Posted April 4, 2013 Thanks everyone, the responses are rather overwhelming Ah, that solves that then! I was worried I got a dodgy kit or something! I didn't know that.. I love my old muscle cars but I'm not the knowledgeable in the old Drag Racing scene. Thanks for that tidbit! I'll be trying the solder technique next time, cheers. Cheers!
realgone58 Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 Really came out sweet! Great pictures and awesome color!!
slusher Posted April 4, 2013 Posted April 4, 2013 Excellent build, love the interior and color choices, ...
Hmann Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 Nice! The only thing cooler than a 68 Charger is a 68 Charger with a set of Cragar ss'. Like the color. My buddy had a dark green 69 r/t. Good work.
planearranger Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 I saw your nicely done '68 and immediately thought of this, you have to crank the volume- one of the best burnouts EVER!
Shelby 427 1965 Posted April 5, 2013 Author Posted April 5, 2013 Thanks again everyone, I'm seriously amazed at the response! @Steve, my God, that engine sound is heavenly. Thanks for sharing!

TFchronos Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Love the car man, it looks so nice, the outside pictures just adds to it. I got to build one of these some day. I saw your nicely done '68 and immediately thought of this, you have to crank the volume- one of the best burnouts EVER! That right there is my new favorite youtube video, that burnout was glorious.

pandamonium2112 Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 The car turned out beautiful. I share your love of the 68. The interior is superb. Outside of the car though. Your eye for photography and placement of the subject brought it to life..Wonderful
Danno Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 Excellent job for an early builder! Welcome to 'the sport!' And congrats on trading the video games in for a more productive hobby. If you're building like this at this early stage, you have quite a future.
Shelby 427 1965 Posted April 13, 2013 Author Posted April 13, 2013 Thanks Steve, I've always wanted to do something with Photography and went through a bit of a phase with it, so I tend to use things I learned from that a lot in all photos I do. And thanks Dan, much appreciated! Cheers
