1972coronet Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 The 1970-1971 Plymouth Rapid Transit System [RTS] Road Show cars are all found and restored (as necessary) , and are in the collection of one Steven Juliano . The attachment is of the 1970 Duster from that show . Has anyone attempted to replicate one or all of the cars from this collection ?
Sport Suburban Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 These cars are cool, but last I heard he has all but one car, the 70 Cuda, I remember reading that he has found it but the owner would not sell it.
gtx6970 Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 To the best of my knowledge he does NOT own the RTS Cuda I've thought about attempting all of the cars in 1/25th scale but the 71 Roadrunner and 70 Duster might be a tad bit beyond my skills and/or concentration level I don't think the 70 Roadrunner would be all that hard to do , the grille is avail in the original Johan release ( i have a couple of the grilles but only the one builtup of the car and I already have plans for it )

I'm not implying that you go spend $100 + on that kit ; I'm just inquiring about its custom options .

I know it depicts it on the box art but don't know if accurate ft end parts are included to do it. I know for a fact the trunklid is stock in the kit with no parts to accurately depict the 1/1 car. IMO the paint schemes would be the hardest part to duplicate on all of them
