Amazing work all of you.

This is my first year working with slot cars, but I have been building for a while.

Slot racing is modeling to a new level and the details that are showing today

it tells you where the hobbie is going,,,keep up the great work and thank you for having this

forum where all can learn from each other and see the progress :lol::lol:

This body I did it out of a stock 06 camaro plastic and with a scratched built wing

and chin, and a resin pro stock scoop, gave it the right look......and going for the

Big Money sponsors.. I used some decals I had from a Top Fuel model I never built.

This was for a good friend of mine in Puerto Rico and as you can see the car already

made it to the winner circle.

Check the Art car forum for some of my other work.

I've often wondered - how do you use a styrene model for slot cars? I've seen a few slot car tracks and they move so fast a single wipe out would reduce a model car to scrap in an eyeblink. Seems like an LOT of work for something that can be trash in a few minutes. Please explain.

This is a plastic 1:24 scale boby out of a model kit

and this cars all they need after a night of racing is a good cleanning.

You do not have to woorie about wipe outs, this is stright line racing.

The only way you can have an accident is if yo drop it or if you do not check

at the bottom of the race track to see if they picked up the last cars that

went before you did. Its a great way to see your model racing other modelist

Check it out ;)
